We take care to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in fit or finish can occur with clothing. Size guides are given to help you choose and are approximate.

Occasionally the website may contain mistakes in product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery information. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. If we find an error that affects your order, we will contact you before going ahead.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. DELIVERY

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 8. FAULTY ITEMS AND YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, courier disruption or technical failures. If such an event affects your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and do what we reasonably can to reduce the impact.
